Introduction of Module
Life is filled with many stresses. Positive, joyful events can create stress just as the demanding or negative events do. Emotions like fear, sadness, and anxiety are normal as long as they do not interfere with daily activities. If these emotions last too long or cause other problems, they require attention. This module helps identify the symptoms of stress, resources available on campus for help, techniques to reduce it, and methods to create a work/life balance to manage stress in order to create personal wellness.
